The Faculty of Arts and Design at Tshwane University of Technology (TUT), in collaboration with the Faculty of Humanities at the University of Johannesburg (UJ), the South African Gallery of Legends, Freedom Park, the South African Journal of Art History (SAJAH) and the City of Tshwane (CoT), is proud to announce the Artivism Conference 2026: Reimagining Futures, Arts, Design & Artivism in Global Transformation.

Artivism continues to shape how we understand the powerful intersections between creative practice and activism.
