Join your favourite comedians Aaron McIlroy and Lisa Bobbert for a much-needed outing of hilarity!

MacBob Productions present their smash hit comedy, Family Therapy, at The Guild Theatre in East London from 11 to 14 May 2021.

Lockdown is not for sissies, and with everyone taking a knock, Family Therapy is the essential worker! Remember – laughter is the cheapest and best medicine around! So perk up folks: SA’s best-loved madcap couple is set to infuse some much-needed high-octane merriment into your day, as they navigate the rocky shoals of life on the home front!

With Aaron and Lisa at the top of their game, they take you with them on a wild and wonderful dive into the world of the family, and investigate what makes them tick or explode.

These comedic legends boldly go where billions have been before, and hilariously investigate the do’s and don’ts of living together in this strange arrangement we call family.

Mayhem prevails in this hugely entertaining musical comedy romp, as we renew ties with MacBob’s’ classic gallery of loopy principals, notably Bobbert’s overly assertive Charmaine, and her sorely put-upon hubby, Bruce, along with several unforgettable new-comers to the comedy scene who will have you falling out of your seat.

Directed and choreographed by theatre ace Daisy Spencer, and hailed as ‘their best show ever’ (Barry Meehan, ArtSmart), Family Therapy guarantees to have you and your loved ones singing along and screaming with laughter, not yelling at each other!

With a suggested age recommendation of 10 years plus, Family Therapy plays at 19:00 for 75-minutes (no interval). Tickets through Computicket are R180 per person (R160 for students and pensioners).
